Asphalt Driveways Need Sealer

JET BLACK Cut-Back Asphalt Sealer
is recommended for sealing asphalt driveways, walkways, and parking lots.
Blacktop Sealer rejuvenates lost oils in pavement due to the aging
processes, as well as preventing cracks and providing asphalt surfaces
with a uniformly black appearance as an esthetically pleasing property
maintenance upgrade.

Preparation

Surface must be dry and free of dirt oil, grease and any other
contaminants. Dirt and grease spots should be cleaned with an
emulsifier or a T.S.P. (Tri- Sodium Phosphate) solution and water. Any
remaining residue should then be coated with an Oil Spot Primer, then
allowed to dry to touch before application of sealer. New pavement
should cure for at least 90 days prior to application of any sealer.
